Information
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched on the same day (not including weekends and bank holidays).
- You must complete your order by 2pm if choosing Next Working Day delivery, if the order is placed after 2pm it will be despatched the following working day.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery (£6.95) on Thursday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery may take up to two working days for certain postcodes.
- Royal Mail International Signed For is the only option available for deliveries outside of the UK. Your order may be split across multiple parcels due to weight limits.
- You can track EVRI deliveries here or track via your shipping email or text. For international deliveries we recommend tracking using both Royal Mail and your local carrier for more accurate tracking.
FOR USA
Duty and tax is now due for all shipments from UK to USA and parcels will need to be cleared through customs before delivered – this will mean extra customs charges.
Courier will contact you before the parcel leaves the UK to collect duties and taxes.
Additionally, a handling fee of approximately $7–$10 may be applied to each order by the courier as part of the processing and customs clearance procedure.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The delivery prices as stated above do not include any customs charges, import tax or handling. These may incur additional costs depending on customs controls. Always check with your local customs office for details on charges and any delays currently being experienced. TensCare are not liable for any charges applied after the order has been despatched.
