Information
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched on the same day (not including weekends and bank holidays). Note: We will be closed on Fridays throughout the month of August.
- You must complete your order by 2pm if choosing Next Working Day delivery, if the order is placed after 2pm it will be despatched the following working day.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery (£6.95) on Thursday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery may take up to two working days for certain postcodes.
- Royal Mail International Signed For is the only option available for deliveries outside of the UK. Your order may be split across multiple parcels due to weight limits.
- You can track Royal Mail deliveries here and APC deliveries here or track via your shipping email or text. For international deliveries we recommend tracking using both Royal Mail and your local carrier for more accurate tracking.

COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS: Please be aware that the standard delivery times quoted are likely to be affected by the current Coronavirus postal delays. For 2nd Class parcels we are seeing delays of up to 2 weeks and international orders up to 6 weeks. Please note we may not be able to send replacements for delayed parcels.
