Now in its 55th year, the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious business awards in the country. The Queen's Awards for Enterprise is an awards programme for British businesses and other organizations who excel at international trade, innovation, sustainable development or promoting opportunity (through social mobility). They are the highest official UK awards for British businesses. The scheme was established as The Queen's Award to Industry by a royal warrant of 30 November 1965, and individual categories have been known in the past as The Queen's Awards for Export, Export Achievement, Technology, Technological Achievement and Environmental Achievement. The scheme also includes an award for individuals, the Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion.
TensCare are honoured to be this years recipient of the Queens Award for Enterprise for International Trade.

In 2017 TensCare became an Employee-Owned Business with the majority of shares being held in a trust for the benefit of all TensCare Ltd Employees. A human-centred design approach ensures the resulting products are sophisticated, safe and effective, allowing users to treat their conditions with ease. TensCare places great emphasis on maintaining communication channels with customers and partners internationally, distributors and other interested parties that use and/or sell our products to monitor the fulfilment of their expectations and specified requirements.
Over three years our overseas sales have grown by £6 million to £7.9 million, and now make up 87% of all sales. Distributing our devices to 65 countries, with our top five overseas markets been China, Spain, France, Poland, and Israel. TensCare has a detailed and constantly revised strategy for future growth in its specialist markets, now been awarded the Queen’s Award for International Trade for Outstanding Short Term Growth in overseas sales over the last three years.
The Queens Award is recognition of not only our strong heritage in pain relief solutions, but the forward-thinking direction of the team and commitment to continually developing innovative electrotherapy devices that can significantly impact the wellbeing of people globally.
