Information
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day (not including weekends and bank holidays)
- You must complete your order by 2pm if choosing Next Working Day delivery, if the order is placed after 2pm it will be despatched the following working day.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery (£6.95) on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Orders placed with Next Working Day delivery may take up to two working days for certain postcodes.
- Royal Mail International Signed For is the only option available for deliveries outside of the UK. Your order may be split across multiple parcels due to weight limits.
- You can track Royal Mail deliveries here and APC deliveries here or track via your shipping email or text. For international deliveries we recommend tracking using both Royal Mail and your local carrier for more accurate tracking.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The delivery prices as stated above do not include any customs charges, import tax or handling. These may incur additional costs depending on customs controls. Always check with your local customs office for details on charges and any delays currently being experienced. TensCare are not liable for any charges applied after the order has been despatched.
PLEASE NOTE: Working Days are Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Stated times are according to GMT (UTC+00:00) London time zone.
COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS: Please be aware that the standard delivery times quoted are likely to be affected by the current Coronavirus postal delays. For 2nd Class parcels we are seeing delays of up to 2 weeks and international orders up to 6 weeks. Please note we may not be able to send replacements for delayed parcels. If your order is urgent, we suggest selecting UK Next Working Day Courier option and for international orders emailing customer.service@tenscare.co.uk. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
